Delivery, Cancellations and Returns

At LucianLinnell Vintage, we care about our unique vintage items, and we care about our customers. We want you to be delighted with the service you receive and to know that you can shop with confidence. For our policies, please read the information below, and if you have any questions please get in touch!

DELIVERY

Mainland UK

Delivery costs vary depending on the size of the item, please see individual item descriptions for details. Items are carefully packaged, using recycled materials where possible. Smaller items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days using a parcel delivery service, usually a next day service. If you have ordered a larger item requiring a courier, we will work with you to find a suitable delivery date and time. Delivery will usually be within 1-5 business days.

Other Destinations

We are happy to deliver worldwide, subject to local import rules. Please contact us for a quote before purchase. 

CANCELLATIONS

We are happy to accept cancellations if received before the item has been dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will need to send the item back as a return (see Returns and Refunds Policy). 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are happy to accept returns - please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery to request. Items must be dispatched back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is lost in transit or is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The refund will be issued promptly once the item has been received.
